What’s an example of how you helped someone this month?

Hi there,
First of all you need to understand the underlying thought process from the consulting firm's point of view, before specifically thinking about the answer to this question.
In consulting, you are essentially in a (professional) client service industry. Thus your primary goal is to help clients and make them more successful.
To make your clients more successful, you need to understand their situation and problem they are facing, analyze it and derive a logical actionable solution which the client is feasable to implement.
Once you immersed yourself into this world and thinking, the way to answer this question is rather obvious. Find a situation which resembles the short summary above of what you do as a consultant - in which someone had a problem, which you understood and analyzed, and finally solved (if it's quantifiable, the better).
Hope this helps!
If so, please be so kind to give it a thumbs-up with the green upvote button below!

I went shopping for groceries for my room neighbor in the hospital
I believe that there are 3 main subjects/attitudes that need to be cover by such questions :
1. I helped someone without aiming to recieve gratitude of my superiors (other person)
2. I have good skills in this.... and this.....
3. I like helping and it is naturale for me as a person
Example of the answer : I actually had such situation not such a long time ago, when my collegue from work were struggling with his excel. He was supposed to conduct an analysis that he recieved end of day. As my evening was not as busy as his I proposed him a 15 minutes workshop on the formula preparation what helped him quit a lot. Finally he could finished his work not so late in the night. To be honest I am a big fun of the book "Give & take" of Adam Grant and in my case, the same colluegue have help me as well on subjects on which, in exchange, I was not as strong as he were.
my girlfriend when moving into my apartment
My boyfriend, had to decide wich job offer he wanted, we did a pro contra loist, watched out for pro and contra in the near and far future and found a decision
I showed my mum how to use instagram.
I helped a friend with the review of her thesis, respectively proofread the thesis.
This month I worked in a team of 5 on a client project for my internship. A teammate was struggling with their portion and had a better strength in another field. I brought this up to my group and we resolved this by changing the task structure.
A request was made by a customer that was out of the responsibilities of my team and wider department. Having spent time in the position of the customer, I decided that indicating the appropriate path whilst doing nothing more would be detrimental to future relations, whilst also jeopardising the strategic goals of their organisation. I mentored them through the process required to achieve their request, while remaining a POC for any further concerns he had. The request was achieved and a contract amendment placed to facilitate it through a different channel.
I have learned a lot in the last two years about corporate law etc.
Several start-ups approached me with similar problems in their internal agreements.
I gave free consulting to some startups to set-up their legal agreements internally.
They were able to understand implications and set-up agreements, while they helped me with improving my weaknesses e.g. in marketing.

found a solution for a problem at work
My friend has been sad for a while, so I spend a large chunk of my free time talking to him and making sure he forgets his sorrows for a little while.
A Team Mate needed help in creating the onboarding orientation decks for new hires. I knew I had to helped because at that time he was overwhelmed with putting out fires relating fixing a new offer that had previously failed at lunch. I helped him by sharing training resources from my own onboarding and creating some slides that previously never existed e.g the organization structure of the team and links to learning resources for new recruits on the program.
The deck was ready for use before the deadline on time for our new hire orientation. This reduced the time/effort that new hires spend in finding information about their roles.
